Good day!

I love days like these! Rode my scooter to the office today.... now working at home for the afternoon to get summer worship plans done.... windows all wide open to let this beautiful breeze blow through....

Summer has always been and will always be my favorite time of the year. Everything just feels more relaxed. Yeah, I know technically it's not summer yet but it sure feels like it today. It's been coming closer every day. This weekend I finally made it to a Brewers game, thanks to Mary's hard work at getting her tickets back for me. (Thanks Mary!) Granted, the game pretty much stunk - or more specifically the Brewers did that night. But still, it was a Brewers game. This coming weekend is Memorial Weekend, and there's only one worship service. That feels almost like a vacation weekend right there. And now this afternoon I'll be planning summer worship. Yep, it's summer for me - no doubts about it.
